For the BCC hard fork, you should offer current account holders to split their coins and give them the BCC .
Your announcement this morning that Vaultoro will only support one coin in the event of the August 1 hard fork of ABC to Bitcoin Cash has already begun to produce the predictable result - a run on Vaultoro Bitcoin.
I also will want to remove mine.
It would be wiser if vaultoro will promise to split the coins, and give the users both coins after the fork. If you cannot do this we all will have to withdraw all our bitcoin in order to split it ourselves in our own wallets.
Hope this makes sense.
please, what are the options for wallets other than coinbase? i live in a socialist country

we are still waiting, it's been 3.5 months.... I demand access to my BCC!
Hi Philip Scigala,
Can you update us on the current status of our BCC and when we can withdraw it?

Over a month later. What are you waiting for?

Keep us posted please. Thanks!
Hi, the BCH are still where they are we do not make money of our users funds. especially in high volatile times that would be VERY STUPID.I assure you we are working on BCH withdrawals. The splitting is not that hard but integrating another currency to safely withdraw out of our system is hard because we were only built for one currency before (Bitcoin)
Sorry for the wait i totally understand the frustration.
Our estimate is actually within the next 14 days if everything works out fine... But the software is really not mature (BCH clients).

It's not so hard to split BTC and BCH. Why are you basically still keeping your users' Bitcoin Cash. Most exchanges have now allowed to withdraw the BCH equivalent and those that haven't sound much more like making money off doing so than being genuinely concerned about security.

@Philip Scigala: Any news on enabling BCC withdrawls? the fork was already 4 weeks ago. Thanks for an update.
We will enable Bitcoin Cash withdrawals when the software and the network of Bitcoin Cash is ready and stable, we do not want to risk loss of users funds.

Please explain how we access the bitcoin cash. I cannot find any instructions anywhere.

I am not finding any instructions on how to withdraw the BCH? This is the only thread that comes up when searching for BCC. Thanks.
Hey Ken. if you read the statement again you see we allow withdrawing the split Bitcoin. So no worries
